First Amendment Auditor Policy

New Ellenton Commission of Public Works recognizes and supports all citizens' First Amendment rights. As we do anytime someone enters the public lobby area of CPW, a customer service representative will greet you and ask if they can help you. If you inform them you do not need assistance and just wish to video, they will request that you stand in the far corner of the lobby (as our lobby is small) so customers entering the building can easily access the window/counter to take care of any business they have with CPW.  Our First Amendment Auditor policy is attached below for citizens to read.
